As part of our mission is to develop hydrogen-electric propulsion solutions for next-generation air mobility solutions, H3 Dynamics is looking for an MBSE Engineer to lead the implementation of MBSE principles for design, development and deployment of our fuel cell systems for aircraft.

About the Role

As an MBSE Engineer, you will be the technical pillar of our systems engineering methodology. You will be responsible for defining, deploying, and maintaining the system architecture for our hydrogen-electric propulsion solutions. Your role will be to:

  • Lead the continued implementation of systems engineering thinking and processes into our product development and promote (MB)SE best practices within the team.

  • Define and evolve the MBSE methodology, processes, and tools used within our developments.

  • Interact with external stakeholders to converge on customer needs and requirements.

  • Lead the functional analysis, definition of logical architecture and coordination of the physical architecture definition, and the allocation of requirements to subsystems.

  • Implement and maintain generic MBSE models for our systems

  • Guarantee complete requirements traceability (from customer specifications down to testing) within the master model.

  • Work closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure the integration and coherence of models.

Your Profile

  • Master's degree or higher in engineering, specialising in Systems Engineering, Aerospace or similar.

  • Minimum experience of 5 to 7 years in systems engineering within an industrial or innovative environment.

  • Confirmed knowledge of MBSE principles and practices with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.

  • Familiarity of systems engineering processes as defined in the relevant standards (INCOSE, ARP 4754).

  • Expertise in system modelling tools (like Cameo, Capella …) based on SysML or other methodologies.

  • Prior knowledge of fuel cell systems and their functioning, or the ability to quickly learn technical details about complex systems.

  • Highly motivated, organised and autonomous profile, with strong communications, analytical and critical thinking skills, and sharp attention to details.

  • High level of written and spoken English mandatory. French or other languages would be a bonus.
